Welcome to Smithenics 

Smithenics has been a vision of mine for years, born out of a personal journey that began in 2017. Back then, my sole focus was to shed the excess weight I’d carried since childhood and build confidence in myself. 

At first, the goal was simple. 

Get to a normal weight and build a bit of muscle mass. 

That was my ultimate goal at the time. 

But about a year into my journey, everything changed. 

I stumbled across a video of an athlete performing jaw-dropping, gravity-defying movements—tricks that made it look like he was floating mid-air. 

I couldn’t believe my eyes. 

Curiosity took over, and I dove deeper into this world of extraordinary strength and control. Video after video, I watched in awe as athletes performed seemingly impossible feats. And that’s when I knew: I wanted to learn how to move like that. 

The Journey to Mastery 

I dedicated hundreds of hours to researching the most effective methods to develop this kind of strength. The road wasn’t easy—I faced countless setbacks, injuries, and plateaus. But through perseverance, trial, and error, I gained invaluable experience and finally began to see consistent results.
